The Host Committee works closely with the AMTA Board of Directors, especially the Meeting Coordinator, to find a suitable venue for the conference, select keynote speakers, and manage all aspects of venue location scheduling, exhibitor booth assignments and logistics. Short Course/Boot Camp, Student Day, and other professional meetings are also set up and scheduled by the Host Committee, culminating in publication of the overall program.
