The Host Committee works closely with the AMTA Board of Directors, especially the Meeting Coordinator, to find a suitable venue for the conference, select keynote speakers, and manage all aspects of venue location scheduling, exhibitor booth assignments and logistics.  Short Course/Boot Camp, Student Day, and other professional meetings are also set up and scheduled by the Host Committee, culminating in publication of the overall program. Student Papers and Travel Scholarship Award Committee is responsible for recognizing and supporting emerging talent in the field of antenna measurement techniques. This committee oversees the review and selection process for student papers submitted to the annual conference, ensuring that high-quality research is acknowledged and celebrated. Additionally, the committee manages the Travel Scholarship Award, which provides financial assistance to students, enabling them to attend the conference and present their work. The committee's goal is to encourage the next generation of researchers and professionals by promoting their academic achievements and fostering opportunities for networking and professional development within the antenna measurement community.
