The registration fee for June 1&2 includes admission to the technical presentations; a soft copy of the presentations; continental breakfast, lunch, and morning/afternoon refreshments; plus the Happy Hour reception (drink tickets will be provided) on June 1 from 5:35 – 6:35 pm. Business casual is the suggested attire for all meeting events.
The organizing committee reserves the right to substitute speakers, restrict size, or to cancel the colloquium and exhibition. If the organizing committee cancels this event, registration fees will be fully refunded. Individuals canceling their registration prior to April 10, 2026, will receive a full refund, less 10% credit card fee. No refunds will be made to individuals who cancel their registration after April 20, 2025. Substitutions are allowed. Attendance is limited; registration will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
