PLEASE NOTE: If you made your AMTA hotel reservations using travel services such as Travelocity, Priceline or through the 'littleamerica.com' web link. etc. rooms booked through these agencies do not count towards our AMTA 2009 block and will NOT be automatically given the new hotel rates.

If you booked through a travel service, please check with the hotel and see if you must cancel your reservation through the travel service you used and then rebook with the hotel to get the discounted rate. Be sure to mention you are with AMTA 2009. The hotel telephone numbers are 1-800-453-9450 or 1-801-596-5700.

All rooms at the lower AMTA 2009 rates are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The AMTA 2009 room block is limited, so place your reservations early in order to assure locking in the AMTA 2009 rates.

Government rate rooms are for US Government employees only (no contractors, state or non-US government agency employees are eligible for the US Government rate) and AMTA 2009 has a very limited number of these rooms available. A US Government picture ID will be required at check-in or a higher rate will be imposed.
