AMTA 2010 Exhibitor Packet and Hotel Floor Plans Posted
The AMTA 2010 Exhibitor Packet and Hotel Floor Plans have been posted to the Exhibitor/Sponsor page of the AMTA2010 website.
Deadline for submitting your Exhibitor Application Form indicating location preference, a $1,000.00 Space Application Fee and the AMTA Exhibitor Point Worksheet is 5:00pm PDT on April 13, 2010. As in the past, priority for space selection will be based on a point system that is explained in the Exhibitor Policy and Guidelines.

AMTA 2010 Exhibitor Tour Scheduled
The AMTA 2010 Exhibitor Tour of the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel has been scheduled for Friday, February 19th, 2010 at 1:00 pm. Propspective exhibitors are requested to meet in the hotel lobby. The tour will include all of the AMTA 2010 exhibit areas. In addition, information on plans for the AMTA 2010 technical program, social and dining events will be available from symposium coordinators and hosts. Discounted rates ($109.00 single/double) for rooms at the Westin Peachtree Plaza are available. Please make your reservation by February 8. First Call for Papers Announced
AMTA 2010 is soliciting 200-word abstracts for technical papers to be presented at its 32nd Annual Symposium October 10-15, 2010 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Deadlines:
- 200-word email abstract: May 3, 2010
- Email notification of acceptance: June 7, 2010
- Camera-ready manuscripts: July 14, 2010
