Hello Exhibitors:
We are very excited about the wonderful city of Atlanta hosting our 2010 AMTA Symposium, October 10-15. As you will notice this is a few weeks earlier than last year's symposium.
Please check the dates for submitting your Exhibitor Application Form indicating location preference, a $1,000.00 (U.S.) Space Application Fee and the AMTA Exhibitor Point Worksheet by 5:00pm PDT on April 13, 2010. As in the past, priority for space selection will be based on a point system that is explained in the Exhibitor Policy and Guidelines attached. Please remember to include all supporting receipts and statements at the time of submission as this will be a requirement this year. AMTA can only accept payment in US dollars.
The floor plan on page 25 will indicate a large bull pen and four private rooms. We expect some of our large exhibitors will select islands in the bull pen and the floor plan will then be reconfigured. Please note that the square footage and ceiling heights on the floor plan supplied by Heritage Exposition Services are different than the hotel's. Heritage took into account usable space in the meeting rooms and ceiling height where chandeliers, etc. might be involved. Also, we will be sending an electronic Exhibitor Space Application only.
